Another fun part of our summer is going up to the Smith's cabin in Lamb's canyon. It is always so fun up there, and so quiet and relaxing at the same time. Of course, the kids' favorite part is always the giant swing! 
Probably the best thing about Utah is that you can always escape a hot day in the valley by heading up the canyons. There is no escape in Illinois. I miss the mountains on hot days :)

I'm jealous you got up there this year! We didn't go up but it's a little harder when we live so far away haha!
